Anyone ever try an online offer for $500 gift card or free computer?

It's one of those on-line offers where you have to sign up for a bunch of trials for different companies.

If you have, have you had good or bad results?

No. Nothing is ever that easy and nothing is ever "free".

I haven't simply because I know you don't get anything for free, there's always a catch.

you wind up filling out order forms for magazines, CD's and DVD's and a crapload of other mindless stuff. You might purchase $800 for the $300 computer or iPod. And the SPAM will flow. I never completely filled out one, but got the junk Spam for months. My son tired and he didn't have a credit card number but his e mail was 99 percent spam for months after that. He asked for a new screen name.
