OK, long story short, I'm thinking of separating from my wife and I know I need a lawyer to do this. Anyone here a family law practitioner in the NYC area (preferably Queens, but NYC works)? Thanks.

The last time someone posted "Anyone a Lawyer?" We both lived to regret it. I am not the a divorce lawyer and I don't give legal advice at LPSG. My best advice is to use this service it's very informative and may answer some of your questions. There is also a book at Barnes & Noble called "Divorce for Dummies"
