Don't know his name.
It seems he is/was part of the wrestling team of the University of Virginia, Charlottesville.
The colors in the background belond to the Southern Viginia University, Buena Vista.
If he is still part of the roster, he sould be listed here:

But i think the design of his singlet suggests that the video is a little older.
