They didn't mention the models name in the video but the name of the photographer/studio was mentioned, Terry Photo Studio. I did find the photographers website (it's very old) but there is contact information: Terryphoto.com

Also I suggest you post this video in this thread: Vintage or When Men Had Pubes, it's an archive of all vintage porn and there are some veterans that might know more about the model in your video .
