I'm looking for one as well. There is nothing like the sighting of huge, I mean enormous balls hanging down. The pumps are way too expensive and I would love to find one that is a little bit cheaper.
    Thanks,
    Crtall

Think they are just expensive there is places that I have come across on the net that give you some instructions/tips to making your own.

if your looking to get into ball pumping, theres a kit you can buy made by mustang - you can get a standard 2" tube + pump, then just buy a 3" tube and away you go - try a search on ebay, its where i got mine from and alot cheaper than the official mustang site

I get all the Dr Kaplan tubes in a store in Philly for about $40 each. have 2" , 2.25", 2.5", 3" and 3.5" diameter tubes because of them being affordable. the 3" and 3.5" tubes hold both cock and balls and pull them down as they pump em full. so you get stretch with the fullness. but I agree..I want a monster tube or a bullmaker so my nuts themselves can pump even bigger, but they cost a fortune.

You can go to a store that sells acrylic cylinders, get one, a flat acrylic plate, some acrylic glue and make your own also.
