OK, it is definitely not the same for everybody, but, I can tell you that this is the best cock ring I have ever used without hesitation. I found out about it from one of the members of this board.
It has to be a correct fit, and it is a pain in the neck to get on and off with regards to the clamp, but, that aside it is outstanding. I mentioned these to two other gay friends, they bought them and the reviews have been good.

I own a HardWear cockring. I just got mine about a week ago from the company. I am an adult model as some of you know. So having a hard dick is very important. I am a very small guy 5'3", 115 lbs and have a long thick dick. I have no problem getting erections, but they are sometimes not as full and hard as I would like them. Expensive? Not sure, but I bought mine a few years back. I don't wear it all the time because I went to court once and set off the alarm with it. It feels nice to have on, but in the cold weather it can cause problems when you 'nads pull upward to escape the chill. Unless you're foolish, the last forever. When I'm not using mine, its on my key chain.
