The most important measurement they have there now, was not there when I ordered 2 years ago. It is "How low do your balls hang in the sac?" I am really glad they added this because I have real tight nuts unless I just got out of a hot shower. Because of this I had to order the 2.25, largest size they make even though I have an average size cock. I still have a difficult time putting it on. I have to pull the flexible horseshoe apart and then push it together under my nuts. I can actually use it just like that without the bar clip!

To get the clip on I have to get the "steps" totally out of the way. I guess I could just cut them off as I don't use them but I slide them up top and that gives even more pressure on that area but it is not too comfortable. I also don't slide the ring around the bar. Interesting Calambo, that you mention that. Just yesterday I thought that my nuts seemed purple. Is that because there is so much blood engorged or because the blood is cut off? Just to add to all my previoius comments, I find it a bit *too* flexible once it looses its original shape. But again, I seldom use the clip as it is too hard to get on (I have the Wide Boy set) but even without the clip, it will do what you want because it not only holds your balls out and up to delay shooting but constricts at the top of your cock keeping the blood in. When you're done, just grab hold of each of the little balls on each end and pull apart and its off. I agree that you really don't need the little rubber o-rings. I have a recurring varicocele in my left nut that makes using it painful some times but not enought to throw it out! :biggrin1:
