would you consider going plant based for better and more erections?
I have a hard time living without meat myself, though I eat very little red meat (I assume it's red meat you're referring to). As I lift weights, I'd have a hard time maintaining mass without meat proteins. I eat mainly pork and chicken and fish occasionally.

Now, to actually answer the question: if I had to sacrifice meat altogether for functioning genitalia, I think I would.

Sleeping with an erection is not very comfortable. I’d rather have erections when I want and need them than throughout the night and when I wake up in the morning! I mean... I already have that issue and I certainly don’t want even more.

I’m all for plant-based food in general, though. The Impossible burger is yummy.

I've read that an iron deficient diet, which is going to be much more common among people who don't eat meat, especially red meat, can have a negative impact on the quality of erections. Of course the same thing is true for a diet that includes too much iron. All things in moderation.
