Exactly! That has been my point all along. It's okay if an adult wants to modify their own body by doing anything; tattoos, piercings, and everything else including foreskin removal. But it should not be done to a non-consenting infant, unless it's absolutely medically necessary. Routine infant circumcision is not medically necessary.

Sorry if I'm a bit repetitive, but I feel very strongly about this.

I was cut as a "corrective measure" for hypospadia when I was 14. I wish i had it back as it makes no difference. I have had four subsiquent surgeries to "correct" my hypospadia and all circumcision would have made no improvement.
