I’ve wondered about investing in one. I’d like to do chips without oil.I like mine.
I use them to roast tinned chickpeas.
It's good for chips and roasted root veggies without having heat up an standard sized oven.
It doesn't get my kitchen hotter than it already is in Summer.
Thanks in advance.
Hmmm.... sounds like I might just get myself one. LSPG comes through yet again!
I've only used mine for chips, but they turn out fantastic. I got it a few years ago now because I was worried about the oil they use on frozen chips.
I tried making sweet potato fries but they didn't turn out well (might be an issue of my skills rather than the air fryer!)
They are very good.
You have to stick to the time recommended though. I use a stopwatch.
Makes very succulent salmon, pork and lamb chops and steaks.

Thank you! They need to be par boiled first because sweet potato are a lot harder than Irish potatoes and they burn on the outside because of the sugar content before they're full soft in the middle.
A tiny spritz of oil stops them from sticking together one the sugars start caramelise.
I have learned much of this counter appliance known as Air Fryer. Pinterest has me gagging over the InstaPot. So many recipes. So much good food.
Does anyone have any experience with an InstaPot?
