Are Baiting Onlyfans Accounts Legal?

I have a question, I always see many accounts on Twitter or tumblr which bait and catfish guys into sending nudes and then upload them on their OF accounts etc. or they straight up sell the pics.
Is that even legal? sharing them is no problem but selling pics is new to me. I ask this because I am a photographer and even for normal pics you have to have written consent in order to sell them.

realistically there is no recourse. Only a DCMA request.

what i dont like is that some say they make videos with other guys to come to find out they don't even touch each other, they just sit next to each other and jerk off to straight porn and make the video they're watching loud as fuck to the point where I get turned off by the girls moans.

it is related to the topic because when they state that they make sex videos with guys to their followers b4 they subscribe so they get them hyped up but then they don't event touch each other in the videos and most their sex tapes are with girls, that is baiting to me.

The question of the topic is another. I’m not talking about guys baiting their followers or not keeping promises regarding their contents

I’m talking about people baiting guys tricking them into sending them nudes, often catfishing them, and then they take these nudes and sell them to other people, to strangers, without them knowing!

It kind of depends on the situation, we have revenge porn laws here in the US so depending on where you live you could face felony charges.

If I bait a guy who sends me pictures and I put those pictures online and sell them without his consent then that is "revenge porn" and would be felony charges.

If I go to a guys onlyfans page and take the pictures posted and sell them that is a copyright violation and not revenge porn.

Yes, but only the owner of the photos can take action against them.

Nope. It doesn't comply with 18 U.S.C. 2257. Seller needs to have a copy of each performer's identification.
