Do you agree that big dicks should be a basic human right similar to free speech or equality under the law?

I believe big dicks are fundamental to human happiness and recognition of this fact is a requirement for any nation to be considered civilized, IMO.

Here is how I think big dicks as a human right should work. First of all big dicks are both a positive and negative right. The government must never do anything to limit our access to precious big dicks and should promote policies that increase the number of big dicks and our access to them. A modern, civilized nation should promote the immigration of hung studs into the nation. They should also dedicate at least 2% of GDP PE research and create programs to allow the general populace to have access to hung studs when needed.

What do you guys think? How should the government's of the world handle the right to big dicks?

Would not an increase in penis size across the board do nothing to increase the number of big penii?

Isn't a big penis nothing more than a relative term?

Can all penises be big, or do they require the existence of smalls to be, in fact, big?

To the Mods, the character depicted is fictional, and shown for suggestive / symbolic purposes only.
The characters were created in the 1950s, she can in no way be considered below age.

I will gladly donate a few rolls of Nickels, to help find a cure for S.P.S .

Oh, dear. . .

Big dicks a human right? Guaranteed to everyone? Added to the United Nations' Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Bill of Rights?

I can see it now. Protests all across America. Women will take it all the way to the Supreme Court. "A chicken in every pot, and a big cock between every two legs!" The French will march for "Liberte, egalite, la fraternite!" Big cocks for all! "Vive la similitude!"

i appreciate where the OP is going and although my opinion is that this is pretty whacked... i don't think this is possible as we cannot choose how big we are. we are kinda born into it. you don't get to trade up your penis if it's not big enough "for you".

hehe, whatever opinion anyone states here is truly irrelevant as there is nothing we can do about it aside from surgery and perhaps some PE exercises if you have enough commitment and patience. this is like saying "let's decide if the sky should be blue or yellow from now on"... when the reality is that the sky will be blue regardless.

i give the OP credit for his efforts to keep trying.

This isn't about everyone having a big dick. It is about recognizing the vital role big dicks play in human happiness and making sure that everyone has access to big dicks and trying to ensure that everyone who wants a big dick can someday have one.

There will be many people who will not want big dicks. In the same way many people don't want guns. But everyone should have the opportunity to interact with big dicks.

Make up your mind. First you say "that big dicks should be a basic human right similar to free speech or equality under the law." Then you say that "everyone [should have] access to big dicks", but then reverse yourself and come back to "everyone who wants a big dick can someday have one". My head spins.

Having access to something is a lot different than having something. We all have access to a bank; only the top few % have lots of money. Similarly, you may have access to good looks (there is the internet, after all); I have good looks. See the difference?

Today, some women (and men) have access to big cocks; only a few lucky men have them. (Not I!) If everyone is to have a big dick as a human right, logically that means both men and women will have big dicks. It's like that freedom of speech and equality under the law. You can't pick and choose who enjoys that right. All men and all women must have big dicks. Or, as you point out, if they so choose. Not just access.

I think @wallyj84 would be a lot happier if he'd just admit he's a size queen.

His obsession with big dick would seem to suggest that he is a big ole size queen with a fetish for big cock.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with him wanting to play with big dicks. According to his logic I'm big with 7-7.5×6"s. Although I've never considered that I was packing a "big dick."

It's not like any of us had a say in the genetics we were born with.
Where does he come up with these ideas?

I view big dicks as a positive right. Comparing it to freedom of speech, a negative right, was wrong on my part. I apologize for the confusion.
