I've read in numerous studies that on average asians and latinos have the smallest penises (when compared with whites and blacks). In fact, the two groups are almost identical in average size.
I'm not exactly sure why Latin Dong thinks that Latinos would be so large. Perhaps he is. Obviously there are exceptions to every rule. However, common sense would dictate that a people who are only a few generations removed from being Indians/Natives would have smaller organs. The generally short stature of both Hispanics and Asians is attributed to mal-nutrition. Generations of poor eating also affects penis size. Europeans however, are some of the largest people on the planet. So are African Americans. Correspondingly, these two groups represent the largest average penis size in most studies. It should be noted that this is NOT the case with tribal Africans, in either height or penis size (likely because of the mal-nutrition previously mentioned).
Having grown up in a primarily white community, I remember how shocked I was after moving to L.A. and seeing the short stature of Latinos. Suddenly I felt like a God-damn giant, even though I'm only 6-feet tall. The differences in locker-rooms seemed equally pronounced. Though I am well-endowed by any standard, I definately couldn't help but notice that the nude white guys I grew up with had much larger dicks than the Hispanics I was now around.
People need to use more common sense.

As a 19 year old white female i've been with 2 black guys and now currently dating a white guy. Sexually i think it goes without question that black men on average tend to be hung bigger than white guys. From my expirences the sex is also better with black guys but thats not to say somewhere down the line a white guy couldnt please me just as well. Blacks men just have a more natural swagger about themselves and it carries over to the bedroom.
