There was a legitimate study done on this and the answer is not really. There is a very average size that all men regardless of nationality or color fall within. There are exceptions to either side, but you can't break it down by any defining characteristics other than cock size. I feel like I am small (6" hard, fairly thick), but I am within the statistical norm. I am a grower, not a shower, which I do not like.
