There's studies available from all over the world coming to the same basic averages. There have been studies done in Africa (by African scientists) giving the same averages as elsewhere.

Veale et al is based on studies from around the world, but as you mention mostly from countries with white majorities. If you look at some of the non-white studies outside Veale et al you will find similar results: Park et al, Korea - 5.33, Chrouser et al, Tanzania - 5.17 and Orakwe et al, Nigeria - 5.26.

Anecdotes are useless to be fair. Self-reporting is useless, unscientific data is useless, sleeping with random guys stating anecdotes is useless. Having 300 Black men and 14,000 White men compared in a study (or a mix of studies) is a drastic imbalance. That’s why the statement above was made. It’s inconclusive.

And that Nigerian study you’re looking at measures stretched penile length, not erect length. Also, most of those men were below the age of 23 (none of them were older than that).
