What I meant by shameful is in relation to size i.e. a 6 inch is surely shameful next to a 8 or 9? But I didn't mean shameful in that the British are shameful.
I don't know where you get world average of 5 to 6, but I guess that would make the British... hum... an inch bigger? or no inch at all?

Northern European's a taller, have bigger feet, and i don't care what studies say, on average have slightly bigger penis's, its all proportional.
