Are GenZ women more open to anonymous sex?

I was listening to a podcast with a focus group of GenZ women. Their responses on goals and preferred lifestyles made them sound like gay men in that they prioritized independence, living alone, and supporting themselves over marriage or even dating.

Conventional wisdom is that men enjoy anonymous hook ups, but women demand more attention and buildup, including multiple dates, before they put out. Are women becoming more open to an immediate, no strings fuck? As a gay man, I have no direct experience in this.

I was listening to a podcast with a focus group of GenZ women. Their responses on goals and preferred lifestyles made them sound like gay men in that they prioritized independence, living alone, and supporting themselves over marriage or even dating.

There is a real chance that the women willing to participate are more likely to promote that lifestyle. Hook-up culture certainly exists. I don’t know if it’s more prevalent with Gen Z. I guess I’m technically a millennial, but right on the border, and while married now, I had plenty of experience dating Gen Z chicks.

They certainly exist, but I don’t know if it’s a larger section of their/our population. Most of my dating history was relationship-heavy. I had a lot of partners, and fucked a lot, but no “no-strings” stuff. My social circle would give you a similar answer. Yeah, most of my buddies definitely had quick hook-ups, and several ONS.

The people I know that had anonymous sex, are/were, to be direct, pretty low-value or were dealing with some sort of trauma. If someone is offering good fucks, they’ll get return action. And people that recognize their worth are much less likely to just fuck a stranger.

My answer is no. Every generation has individuals who are more free with sex. A lot of gen Z that don’t want to do casual only
