Now, to my knowledge you can extend the flaccid length with about 1-2 inches by releasing the ligaments holding parts of the non-erect penis inside the body. If you just calculate the difference between his flaccid and erect state, you get the result that he would need to swell his dick with 1.5 liters of blood, which would result in bloodloss to the brain etc etc. If you only think SIZE and not VOLUME (makes any sense?), it sounds probable, but it isn't.
