My urologist told me to get one for my injury. I had knots in the penis same place both sides. They helped flatten the knots out. Don't wear denim shorts or jeans to sleep in. I got a hard on that didn't have anywhere to go. It couldn't overcome the heavy denim plus being constrained in boxer briefs and got like a partial fracture of the penis. It was painful and not any fun at all. The urologist says that it didn't affect my erection, but I seem to not be as confident when I have an erection and yes I am afraid I will reinjure myself or reinjure in the same place. It put a damper on things for me.

ok what about enlargment ????????????

Well, there are several real scientific studies pointing to traction devices being the leading method of penis enlargement.

I would shop wisely and carefully though.
These devices can be pricy from some sellers, and dirt cheap from others for the same device (Which is how I bought mine for cheap)

Pumping worked a little quicker for me, but I do like my silicone stretch device.

The whole goal is to slowly stretch out your ligament, and cause the cells to be damaged/heal just like muscles so it lengthens.
Pumping and stretching have been proven to work - but it takes time!

I do have a manual traction device like the PenisMaster, and other variants and I don't like it.
The reason being, it's not easy to conceal despite claims.
It can slip off during the day, and sometimes will squeeze the glans too tight.
Some of these stretchers have a single band to grip the glans, some have a dual band. Some have a wide band and comfort cushions.
Others that actually have them can chime in with their experience.

I bought the silicone stretcher - It's basically a leg velcro wrap band, with an elastic string that goes to a silicone cup which folds over your glans.
Not only is this much easier to conceal, more comfortable, and cheap; it's effective, can be worn while you sleep, and won't fall off.
Since I bought this stretcher, I don't use my mechanical one.

Again - do your research before you buy.

I bought a $15 dollar extender listed as a gag gift or something. Any way it is great, had it for a few years now. The only thing that you may need to do with the cheaper extenders is get creative with the clamping below the glands. Wrap it with something soft and use a small .50 cent Velcro strap through the plastic top piece and your off to the races. Take it off and on to keep the circulation and you will be fine. Also for the price of the new rods, get a tap n die set and make your own. hobby shops have the rod and the aluminum tubing for pennies.
I personally may go back to the extender to push my ball sack back later in life, and also the base barely fits my girth now. FYI if you wondered why its not in use now.

I'm not dishing this site, but if you want those sorts of answers you would need to get into a designated PE site and read peoples logs. Here on this site it is great for posting final results, or talking adult content. I love reading all the sexual stuff here, and talks about sexuality, but its not set up in a manner that for a serious PE logs that daily you can follow progress. There are guys that will have hours spent using different techniques, which will answer your question. There are however some great coaches here that can be found on other sites, its great that they are sharing there knowledge here.
