I suppose they could be. As someone said...it would be the same vein as wanting to be humiliated for having a small penis. Or racially insulted. I had a friend who was an escort, and he had a client. The client was a well educated, self assured, African-American man. During session wanted my friend to use every foul racist thing towards him.

This disturbed me. My friends said that after the session, the man was again self confident and acted as if none of the remarks had been uttered.

It wouldn't be far fetched to think that there are gays who would get some sort of thrill over being called fag, dirty cocksucker, worthless fairy and whatever. In fact one may argue that it would be just a variant of BDSM and D/s. That some people really have a need to be broken down.

Yeah, undoubtedly there are some people who get off on this kind of thing and I would generally say "each to their own", but (like you) I find it a bit disturbing.
