This is a hard question , of course any man should have two position or have a big penis or acept it as it is , of course the only problem with penis size is for girls or his patner , you aren't going to do anything with a big penis , but other will need it .
I want to mean that a man really would need do nothing concerning to other penis having one of regular size and better with tendency to big size ( 7 to 8 " lenght ,plus good girth ).
But when size afect fisicaly and mentaly to a man well !! anything else is possible.
