Are the threads here awful or what?

I'm looking at the threads in this subforum. One's called "Men have shit for brains," another "Repulsed by male contact." There's the everpresent thread where 'women' lie and say they've routinely slept with guys who have 11-14" dicks. There's the one where a girl keeps bitching that the guys at the gym don't stare at her enough so would everyone please tell her that she's wonderful anyway...

... which leads me to ask....

... WTF is wrong with the women on this board? They're awful!

Well i think its a generalisation which may indeed be true if you think about it....women attracted to a forum focussing on guys with big dicks might be rather superficial...at least gay men have their own dicks and are just as interested in subjects which they can relate to also....

....it is a generalisation tho....the likes of Mademoiselle Rouge, Think Kink and ML seem to be great contributors considering they dont have cocks

This reply says a lot. A true classic.

1. You are a man responding to a question about the "women's issue's" thread.

2. Your response implied that gay men "belong" on this forum and women do not.

3. The contributers you approve of are "great despite not having cocks"-How would having a cock make them more qualified to answer to topics posted on a "women's issues" thread?

Many, if not MOST, of the women attracted to this forum are here not just because they are supporters of men with big penises but for all of the reasons the men (straight, gay, or bi) are here. We love sex, BJs, porn, etc, etc, etc. It is really difficult as a woman to find a place like that to fit in. As a gay man, I would've hoped that you would've understood that and not insulted many of us with your response about being superficial for being here.

I'd say that 75% of the posts here are crap, and this is still the best forum section; most of the other sections are pretty much insufferable.

I do appreciate the intelligent people who post here, though - they're the only reason I frequent this place.

Well, for starters, most of the "women" here are male IRL - they are just living out a fantasy or something... So unless the woman posting is a regular, I would consider the odds for the poster being a woman slim at best.

A hint - check out the members of the real woman group - it gives you an idea about who's real and who's not...

Its very hard not to see quite a few of the women on here as being superficial, but I agree that there are many more that aren't.

Anyone who spends time here and in chat will have seen the countless women stating:

"I only date men 9"+"
"I've slept with over 50guys and they were all over 14"" (Oh how she annoyed me)

I've lost count of the number of times I've seen women say things along the lines of "Fuck off and come back when you're fully grown" in the chat room.

No we aren't all shallow, no we don't all require attention and men fawning all over us, and some of us here couldn't give a flying fuck what you're packing, but so many do, and they tend to be the ones who get noticed the most, so its no wonder so many men around here have that opinion of us in general.

All of the examples you are stating can be attributed to many men as well.

Ah, thanks for responding firstly, i do have a habit of having to clarify myself sometimes maybe cos i'm not always thorough when i post.

In response to your points....how does me being a man NOT qualify me to have a say on a women's issues post....it was started my a male for a start. If the post was something to do with pre-menstrual tension then i probably would not have replied.

To the second point....it may have implied but it was i thought clear that gay men being male and thus having a cock would make the site that little bit more interesting....i did not say that women do not belong here though.

To the third point....it seemed to me that the post highlighted female posters and so i was using the examples of certain female posters as proof that not all women here are the superficial type which i mentioned may be a general truth of many female members/guests that may be here.

I hope this explains more thoroughly what i was getting at and that no real offense has been taken. On a last note though could it not be described as somewhat superficial to assume that my being gay means i relate more to women than men?

I am not assuming that being a gay man means that you relate to women at all.

I meant that perhaps as a gay person you would relate to another person in general who has a hard time fitting in with the rest of society at times. Especially, when it comes to their sexuality.

From what I have gathered from my gay friends and from reading the posts on LPSG it is not always easy for gay/lesbians/bisexuals to feel comfortable in regards to their sexuality out in society in general.
Well, for many women like those who are members of LPSG the same holds true. We are misunderstood and judged merely because of our sexual nature. A forum like LPSG serves as a "safe haven" for women like us and having to defend ourselves amongst "family" is a tough pill to swallow.

Clearly i took the wrong understanding from what you had said in which case i can understand the feeling of being judged. I hope you accept that anything i have said in my post here is NOT directed at women as a whole, i'm not a chauvinist or anything, that unfortunately is the problem with generalizations, mostly true but not all-encompassing....if i could edit my original post then from what i have seen here i would have included yourself and Kochanski in my examples list in my first post.

I appreciate your elaboration as well as the inclusion into the group of posters you feel contribute positvely to the site and/or thread. But, I would ask of you to be just as inclusive to all members even the women you find superficial in their posts or reasons for being here.

Many women, as well as men, do not express themselves so freely or articulately as others but, I do believe that they are here on LPSG for the same reasons that you and I are here for: appreciation of male anatomy, sex, bjs, porn, stimulating discussion, etc. It has taken many people, especially those who are shy, a long time to find such a place to "fit in."

We may not all agree but, the least we can do is give each other, even trouble-makers like Bonky, the space to feel accepted here.

Well i hear what your saying about all-inclusiveness, its a positive thing but a tad tricky to apply in context of my initial response. Its great to be able to talk through misunderstandings and differences i find but i ca'nt appreciate posters that are trouble-makers (i know little of Bonky) or those that seem to snub your posts....i refer in this case to Hazelgod who for the second time in a fortnight has snubbed posts i have made in response to original posters without seeking explanation for better understanding.
