Umm, I don't subscribe to the 'hormones in our food/environment' theory, but rather the fact that western society in general is getting fatter. The body uses fat to produce estrogen, hence greater amounts of estrogen in people's bodies. Estrogen is female hormone, hence too much of it reduces the size of penises, and creates female characteristics. So, no estrogen doesn't increase the size of cocks, but does the opposite.

as I recall from high school gym class in the 90s, most of the guys were the same size as me when flaccid...that being about 4 to 5 inches.
