Are there short downcurve penises?

I did some search and I didn't find anything.. most of the downcurve penises I have seen in pics are at least 6" and most tend to be in the 7-9" region (e.g

.. does anybody have counter examples to share?

Well mine is lil over 8.5 ... but there must be curved down cocks shorter than 6 inches

well come to think of it - I have never experienced a downward curving penis less than 7.5 - and some considerably larger ...

it seems it has to do with how much penis is hidden in the pubic bone.. may be related to penis enlargement capabilities.. I assume downcurve penises have less potential to grow by bringing out some of the hidden penis.. it seems that very long penises 8.5+ are almost certainly downcurve..
