Chill out. That was in response to Jeff Black suggesting I ignore the stupid questions.
I will continue to protest the mess that is this section because I find it offensive that nothing is done.
This may help dougie http://www.lpsg.org/149701-women-drivers-whats-the-verdict.html
I suppose I could change a tire if I had to,And, I can change my own tires too....:biggrin1: Not that I will if some big, burly guy wants to come to the aid of the 'poor little woman' struggling with a jack and a flat....![]()
Maybe the problem is in the naming of the section then? Perhaps it could have a sub forum for questions for women?(that area could be ignored by those of you who find it irksome).
I'm not promising that this could happen but it's your area of the forum. Why not start a thread to discuss it (perhaps with a poll) and I'm sure if there were enough strong feelings Rob would look at it for you.
I can appreciate you sticking up for her, Manly. I can also understand the frustration you and other women might be feeling on this site as a result of the fact that many of the threads in this particular forum are absolute crap. My only advice, is to just ignore the threads, as you've suggested below, in the hopes people will get the hint. I mean, we can remove threads and juggle them around, but as you've said, if the thread refers to women and poses some sort of question... it belongs here.
I did start a thread about renaming this section but the Mods and Rob ignored it.
Or, the moderators could just close this thread :yup: as it was obviously posted to incite anger in the womenfolk.![]()
Has anyone noticed how rare it is that a woman posts a thread as derogatory and incendiary as this one?![]()
Most of us go out of our way to be careful of the feelings and esteem of the men who post here . . . no matter how stupid they are. :biggrin1:
Interesting stat.
98% of men say they are better then average drivers
I think you should bold the "men say" part of that....if women are polled, wonder if they'd say the same?? :biggrin1:
Yes. Those damned womenfolk again...Or, the moderators could just close this thread :yup: as it was obviously posted to incite anger in the womenfolk.![]()
in my experience, young men are too...they know what's dangerous but think themselves such superhumanly good drivers that they'll be fine. Most women think they are average drivers.
Which makes them safer as a general rule.
However having this said, girl drivers (younger girls) from my experience are fucking awful drivers. They have no concept of what is dangerous, or how to control a car when conditions change.
Here's the difference. The moment I put a thread up in the "Healthy Penis" section asking men "Would you tuck your nuts for a gf, if asked?"
What are you talking about? Here's the difference. The moment I put a thread up in the "Healthy Penis" section asking men "Would you tuck your nuts for a gf, if asked?" or posted a thread soliciting guys ONLY to give us there opinions about Capraphilia, the mods would move the damn thread. Even if I justify it that I just want "BOYZZZ ONLY!!!" opinions, the thread would be moved out of that section.
Yet we get rate my cock, rate this porn, Ladies only ... tell me... blah blah and it stays here.
I ignore them for the most part, but I think the point is valid about what is allowed to stay here under the auspices of targeting women only, versus what is moved from the other forums if I employed the same logic "guys...rate my box!!"
meh
What are you talking about?
Rate my cock threads are moved to the Show Off forum every time they're brought to moderator attention. Don't look at a rate me thread in Women's" and sneer thinking the mods ren't doing their job. Ditto with threads you personally don't feel are a woman's issue. They may not have seen it yet. Posting a rude reply doesn't help either. Report the post and explain why it should be moved to whichever forum you think it ought to be in and if the mods agree, there it goes.
This does work.
yeah but when was it reported? At the time "this guy knows how to fuck" stayed on this thread for weeks. Which was moved, finally.
