Are you a Trophy Husband? Did you marry a wealthy, perhaps older woman? Or are you a Mr. Mom? Was it a mustual agreement that you would stay home? Did you just sort of fall into the role? Do you ever feel emasculated?

A Trophy Husband is merely arm candy. He is there to look good and dote on his high earning wife. There is to my mind at least a distinct difference between the two. A Mr. Mom is all about caring for the kids, play dates, and soccer practice and probably doesn't have time to work out between doing all that and cooking meals.

For the guys that want to be trophy husbands, let the ladies know that you are well-endowed and be BLUNT about it. You'll reach your goal a lot faster;)

I'm about the furthest thing from a "trophy" husband. I don't flaunt obvious wealth, excessive confidence, exclusive education, discriminating taste, a mysterious past, etc.

I'm one of the others: the dregs, the riff raff, the also-rans, the other-than-first-choices.

Interesting, I never thought of a trophy husband as an exact analogue for a trophy wife, but rather the stereotypical rich handsome man to whom trophy wives flock.

At present I am not a trophy husband. I have had the opportunity to be a trophy husband to various heiresses and well funded young women, even older women (twenty years my senior).
However - in such relationships, these women have proven to be so immature, so irrational and truly ungracious I was not able to accept any of the offers and actually go through with it.
As far as being arm candy/man candy/socially adept/loving being a stay at home dad AND working out, I am all for that. BUT, this does require a woman that I actually enjoy being with in every aspect. That has not happened yet. I suppose I will just have to hold out for a little bit longer and end up with a trophy wife?
IN the meantime let all women know that if they fancy a well hung, randy trophy husband, I am still accepting applications. LOL.

When I think of a trophy husband, I picture some stud in his 20's.

I think maybe I am at that "awkward age"....

.....Too old to be a trophy, but too young to have one. LOL.
