I can't recall that my brother had a dark scar but he is cut tigher than me. I have a dark scar but only visible when erect or the skin pulled back. Both him and I are average sized.

Bro and I are both circumcised. I'm 7x5, with a straight shaft that's almost the same girth from tip to base. My head is sort of missile-shaped. Bro is much large than I am, measuring around 9x6+. He's got an arrowhead glans, and his dick widens as it gets to the base.
My brothers and I were all circumcised as infants. Three of us were done with a GOMCO clamp, but the youngest was given a Jewish circumcision (his doc was Jewish, and my parents didn't care as long as his foreskin got removed). We're all very similar in how we look, though there is a size variance, only three of us have the typical GOMCO scar, and one brother has a bit of a curve to his erection. I've restored my foreskin, and thus I now look quite different than my brothers in that regard.
