Are you spiritual?

No, not religious. Do you have belief in yourself, you and your own individual beliefs? I ask this and maybe I should ask this in etc etc. But, does a persons strength come from a spiritual, ancient belief, or that of learned religious instruction. Just that being one separated from their offspring for some years is that the dry and obvious sick and funny humour is the same.

Personally I think females have a much stronger spiritual connection. But, do females believe the strongest connection to spirituality is male or female? or both?

I have seen in my time many souls come and go. I have formed my own beliefs. What yours are and if you are happy with them all well and good.

I think Nudie would agree, it's not untill you walk upon a beach in the dark of night, you hear is the crash of the waves, feel the water on your ankles, you see the dark sky, the bright stars, then all of a sudden, amongst all that, you feel a connection.

I ask this here because I think women can be more spiritual than men.

But, Im yet to find one. Quite a few females on meds at my age. Actually nigh on impossible to find a female not on some sort of medication :)

That is going to be the next Q

And the next, which generation do females find has more sense? No, not a riddle :)

Putting it plainly. Do you believe women, females, are more spiritual than men, males? Or do you believe the male and female spirit are equal?

I wouldn't know. I'm not spiritual myself, at least not in the classical definition.

I think most people use "I'm more spiritual than religious" as a cop out. Another favorite is "I'm looking for the right church," to which I always ask "Which one did you go to this week?" The answer is usually none, so "looking" is a euphemism for being too lazy. I believe it's easier to be spiritual than religious. Religious people have meetings they are supposed to attend or fear the wrath of the regular attendees.

While I've never considered myself religious it would be difficult to define my beliefs as spiritual as well. I think being spiritual means you're accountable to a higher power. I never feel accountable to anyone else but the other members of my human community to maintain a reasonable semblance of society.

I'm not beholden to nature, but have ultimate respect for it. I doubt seriously if the grand power that started the universe in motion has any thought as to my well being. And if any of my energy remains after my mortal coil is spent then it just might be reclaimed by that grand power. That's about as close to spiritual as I can get.

But let's talk about crystals...

Oh, wait, my wine glass is empty.
