Have you been seen by a doctor for this? If so, ask him/her. If not, see a doctor. Self medicating with blood thinners can cause serious problems.

....and a natural source of Arginine - tree nuts, is such a great power/brain food. Then, cheese is high in Lysine. My wife snacks on almonds, but I had to remind her when her cold sore on her lip came back, to avoid the nuts and eat cheese. Of course my cock don't go anywhere near her face when that happens. (Arginine prevents a cold sore from healing, but Lysine is the remedy)
