    Hey Guys

So I have been working out at the gym for about 3 - almost 4 weeks. I measured my arms a few days ago flexed and discovered they are now 15 inches... How does that rank for arm appearance? I know they are not like 20" guns, but, they are starting to show some definition... thoughts? No picts just yet... Sorry.

Well size isn't everything in this case. I'm only sporting 17.5" arms here. You can have 25" arms but if they look like two bags of jello what's the point? Just keep it all in proportion to your frame and go for a lean defined look. That should serve you well.

Mine used to be 15.5", but I can't button up my old shirts any more.

My guns were 12.5" a couple of years ago, the last (only) time I measured them. They're a bit bigger now, but I've been limited by a forearm strain that I'm now finally over. Best advice is to keep them in proportion. There's one guy at the gym with massive guns, which after the admiration frankly makes you wonder why he hasn't worked so hard on the rest of his body.

Lets say that if your penis is over half the size of your guns, you're doing pretty good for size.

you have to take into consideration the size frame on a guy. Some guys that are 15" arms will look huge. Guys with longer upper arms that are 15" are not as impressive as someone with shorter upper arms and the same measurement. It's much harder for a guy to build "baseball" type biceps when they have long upper arms.

It's all a matter of proportion. I am 6'4" with long arms and a thin build. I have 16" arms but they don't look that big due to the length. It also depends on bodyfat. Although the arms aren't necessarily a place where fat is stored, some people do have chunkier arms because of extra weight.

15" isn't bad at all buddy. You are technically supposed to take muscle sizes before you work out and unflexed - I don't think anyone does though. Results are more fun pumped and flexed... sort of like measuring your dick if you had a pump! LOL!

Exactly. 18 inch arms on a 5'7" frame is bigger than on a 6'2" tall frame. Too bad this doesnt apply to penises LOL!

    Let's see....I'd probably prefer a guy with a 9" dick than a guy with 24" arms...unless he had a 9" dick too!!!
