Wasn't there a movie that took place in the future and mentions Arnold as President?[/quote]

I think the movie was Demolition Man, but I could be wrong...

Longhornjok: Nah, DEMOLITION MAN was the Sylvester Stallone/Wesley Snipes futuristic mess.

I don't know a movie in which Arnold plays the U.S. President (or is mentioned as same). Given the law preventing foreigners from holding the office (as discussed here), and his somewhat *ahem* pronounced accent, I don't think that would be great casting. Unless, of course, part of the exposition details the doing-away-with that law. ;)

No, no, there isnt any movie that features Arnold PLAYING a president, but I'm am pretty damn sure Demolition Man has a running gag where they merely talk about Arnold taking office and becoming president.

DieHard9x6: Demolition Man is correct, folks. The lovely Sandra Bullock (I'd love to see her facial expressions when she takes on a big juicy cock) is riding in a car with Sly, and she says something about checking "The Schwartzenegger Presidential Library."

That movie was a lot funnier than folks give it credit for. There's another scene where she says to Sly (after a fight with Wesley, and trying to ape the vernacular of the 20th century) "He really matched his meat! You really licked his ass!" To which Sly responds "No, no! It's "MET" his "MATCH", and "kicked"- "KICKED" his ass!"
LMAO

Javierdude22: Wait wait wait...

Did i see this correct? A (pretty hot) pornstar with all the attributes (does she have to pay property taxes for those?) running for Governor in Cali?

And the best part was that she said she would close every speech like this (jumps up and down with jiggling boobs) if she would win.

............

........I like her program :p

Yowsers: I am so glad i don't live in Cali anymore si i wouldn't have to hear about this stupid recall 24 hours a day.

i really don't see the point of this recall, talk about subverting democracy.

and does anyone really believe if Arnold get's elected everything will be any better in the Golden State. everyone talks about the somethin' like 36 billion dollar defecit. What about the 500 somethin billion federal defecit. should we recall Dubya too (yes)?

ok off soap box.

Although I feel Ah-nold has got it all together in the politics game, the prospect of him running for governor is a little plausible. But when you consider that former wrestling star Jesse "The body" Ventura ran for and successfully got the Minnesota governorship, you have to remember that anything can happen.

Between you and me, I'd have thought Ah-nold would've gotten back into the MR OLYMPIA, since that's what catapulted him into acting into the first place, and considering what he looked like in T3, he should.

AnonyMs: If California elects Arnold as gov of their state, they deserve what they get.

Longhornjok: For you Onion fans, here's a partial list of their "voters' complaints about Gov. Gray Davis":

·  Davis insisted on collecting "taxes" to pay for government "programs and services."

·  Under Davis' watch, Hollywood released worst summer blockbusters in a decade.

·  Davis lacks 20/20 hindsight of his challengers.

·  State can take care of its own self, don't need no governor bossing it around.

·  Davis stood idly by while Republicans deregulated energy industry, leading to blackouts across the state.

·  Davis unfit to handle imminent rise of the machines.

Sorry, they haven't archived this issue on their website yet, so I couldn't provide the full list.

Javierdude22: I read a column yesterday that although Arnold can display confidence about his election in the campaign for Governor of California, he might lose it as only men seem to wanna vote for him.

Several refferrals to the Terminator 3 scene where he pushes the girls face in the toilet, don't seem to help him, when he's in debate with his woman contestant. And that's his image now: a womanhater, or at least one that wants to see them in the kitchen raising his offspring.

So is this really gonna be his pitfall? Would any of you girls not vote for him cause of his stance on women, when he may have a good agenda? And guys, would you?

gigantikok: They are just trying to smear him with statements he made 30 years ago taken out of context. They want to sling mud at him because they know he is going to get elected. Either way, to accuse him of hating women because of a scene he did IN A MOVIE is abso-fucking-ridiculous. One of his women opponents even tried to delegitimize him by accusing him of own 5 Hummers. Are people in California insane?? Who gives a fuck if he owns 5 cars? That has nothing to do with his politics or his stance on the environment. It has to do with the fact that he is a movie star with alot of money. I figure if Jesse Ventura could get voted in, I think it would be a fucking injustice that Arnold doesn't because he got smeared by mean, desperate opponents.

Longhornjok: The Arnold and Arianna show during the debate was entertaining at first, but wore thin pretty fast. She did what she wanted to do - be a gadfly and try to rile him up - and it worked. She is polling somewhere around 5% so she doesn't have a chance of winning, and I'm sure she knows it. I thought Arnold did basically ok overall and the Democrat Bustmante seemed like he had been sedated. I actually think Gray Davis is the one who came out ahead, because he wasn't part of the circus. We'll see if Arnold changes his mind and agrees to debate Davis. One way or another, it's over in less than 2 weeks, people! :)

Well, that is, unless the rumors are true that there are petitions being readied to recall Schwarzenegger if he wins. In which case, get ready for the sequel! :p
