You'd think so, but in my experience there's not a lot of artfulness to most of the pictures on this site (present company excluded of course).

OP, that first pic is interesting. The blue tint and sharp focus on the foreground make it kinda clinical-looking (not in a bad way), but the blurred-out background softens it.
