WALLS CLOSE IN ON PHELPSES
A federal judge in Maryland on Thursday ordered liens on the Westboro Baptist
Church building and the Phelps-Chartered Law office.

If the case presided over by U.S. District Court Judge Richard D. Bennett is
upheld by an appeals court, the church, at 3701 S.W. 12th, and the office
building, at 1414 S.W. Topeka Blvd., could be obtained by the court and sold,
with the proceeds being applied toward $5 million in damages Bennett imposed on
church members for picketing a military funeral. Mike Burley / The

Westboro Baptist Church could be sold to satisfy a $5 million court judgment. A
lien has been ordered on it.


Guess the walls come down on these hateful people. About time.

Good! Thoses people are horrible. Not to long ago, they held a ralley at some poor girls funeral (in Auburn, Alabama.....She was the student body president, and loved by all that knew her). Now tell me what was the point of ralleying at this girls funeral? What did her or her parents have to do with these people? Thankfully, the student body at Auburn and the surrounding community came together and showed up at the funeral, and were able to drownd these people out. Horrible people, horrible church....hope they enjoy their stint in hell......
