That's bc his family is very insular and he still lives with his parents in Arizona so there's no way for him to get up to anything, but I do agree that he comes off as douchy in some of his social media posts.

He looks fine, but that outfit looks very uncomfortable to me. I don’t think I would like the feel of mesh. I also couldn't do the shirtless blazer combo that some people do. I will only suffer so much for fashion lol

johnny orlando also went shirtless with a jacket. it's basically the thing now for guys to go to events with a jacket and either no shirt or a mesh shirt.
also, his shoes just look like steel toe boots, like the stuff construction workers have to wear. the whole outfit in general just ain't it. maybe lose the jacket, but keep the net shirt, and change the shoes
