I have 36 mm and 39mm, the weight comes with the size which you have.. On pictures the ring looks very small. But in real life are pretty big. Didn't expect a ring so thick from the pictures.

My 36 mm are tight and I feel the stretch very good but they are too tights for wearing it the whole day. When I am out the whole day I will put my 39 mm on for some extra comfort.

I have been jelqing for 6/7 months now and see a bit of permanent results in length and girth. you have to consistently excersice don't slack and don't give up. Imo its a quite a efford. It's like going to the gym!

Since a week ago I added pumping with the Bathmate as well. Short term you will definitely gain a bit of length and girth, but for me it will go away in a few minutes. The feeling is amazing and I am happy with the short term gains as knowing it will gain in the long term.
It's not a sprint.... So your friend has to put the efford and time it in.

So its been a while since I have posted something here. A bit busy at my work, but I have reading the forum and still keeping my motivation up for any jelqing, stretching and pumping. I am investing more in my penis workouts than my gym workouts nowadays haha.

I already know that this will take me to a long journey and the progress will be slow. Its been almost a month now that I started with pumping. three times 5 min pumps. from low suction to high suction. Having some blisters and donuts here and there, with high suction, but they go away in a few days (donut in like a 30 min or so).

I am still loving the bathmate, but it will take me a while to out grow the x30/7. I don't really measure my size every time but it in flacid stage its been fuller and a bit longer. Definitely gained some girth, but its quite minimum. I would like to measure every 6 months, so lets see!

Three week back I got my new magnetic ball stretcher and wow that feels heavy and good! I am switching it day by day with my donut ballstretcher and wear it every day during work.
