Oh yes i remember Ohrbach's and Alexanders. Alexanders was in Menlo park mall. The one that i knew of anyway. Macy's too. They are all gone. It is sad.

Yup that's the one!There was one at the Monmouth Mall as well. There is a giant Loews movie megaplex there now. My dad still has a corduroy suit from Alexander's. :tongue:

Gosh, it's been years! I have only been in Georgia one year; but I was a central and south Jersey girl so I frequented Freehold Raceway Mall and Monmouth Mall. When I moved from Massachusetts to south Jersey I practically lived at the Deptford Mall. Then when I moved to Lawrenceville, Quakerbridge Mall was my stomping ground.

Wow that's a loaded question! :redface: I am a typical woman in that I intermittently obsess about my weight. I used to be model thin until I hit about 32 and my thyroid went kablooey. I haven't dieted in years as my hypothyroid is what seems to control my weight. Not what I ingest. :irked: :12:

I loved it all, and miss it immensely. I moved south to help take care of my dad; he has Parkinson's. To me central New Jersey was like a utopia. :smile:
