the best, and simplest ass cleaning tip: shave the ass; get rid of any/all hair around the butt hole. {learned this from listening to Howard Stern years ago} It makes wiping - actually, it is much better if you dab yourself clean rather than wiping like you're cleaning your windshield. With a shaved/hairless butt it only takes about two swipes to get clean. Of course, to be really clean [salad tossing clean] a babywipe or a warmed wash cloth cleans it up perfectly. Apply a little talc and you are good to go!
