This is a warmup ‍and I can’t imagine anyone building serious glute muscle mass just from these exercises
 
10-15 sets of weight lifting specific to the glutes, 3 days a week, with sets going close to exhaustion— that’s about the limit of volume to aim for.

i was about to ask these here

i dont go to the gym because, sadly, its quite expensive in my country; but, i do have a routine of squats and other stuff, i do it 3 days a week, with a day in the middle to rest, but i hit a wall, i do have a normal and little round ass, but i want a big ass lmao (since im bottom), so i guess the next step would be to use weight and changue my diet

but, as for your question, i do agree that you dont need to do it everyday, you really need to let your muscle rest
