I’m looking for a good source for at home and body weight only (I mean, I could get gallon jugs of water, but I’m usually a band workout sort) exercise that helps tone/strengthen pecs. Increasing size is irrelevant to me.
My pecs are tight/weak, and pull my shoulders rounded and stress my upper back.

Ideas?

The only ones I've ever done, both when I was a beginner without a gym membership or home weights and during the time the gym was closed, was basic push-ups. Those should work for all aspects such as toning and strength.
If you find them either too difficult at first or too hard on your shoulders or wrists as I do, I've found these very helpful:

They are cheap and you can also use them against a wall if it is easier or more comfortable.

Besides getting a weight bench and using either regular weights or a substitute (such as jugs as you mentioned), I really can't see anything else, but perhaps someone else can suggest more, as I've kind of moved beyond body weight exercise years ago.
Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

You might also want to look into stretching exercises for chest/pectorals, shoulders (front and rear), back and biceps.

They are all inter-connected, and I've found that stretching all of those areas will often relieve tightness and improve range of motion. Especially if a particular area is tight/tense. That could help alleviate the stress on your upper back, which contributes to your shoulder rounding.

Important not to stretch too aggressively; slow and steady and allow the muscles to relax into the stretch. I try and hold my stretches for 20 to 30 seconds.

I've found a lot of this sort of content on YouTube.

Push-ups. There’s not much else, unfortunately. For variation you could lean against the stairs and push-up at an upright angle. Or put your feet up on the bottom step and push-up from a declining angle.

Why do I want to get those and see if they can be used for living room curling?

This came out years ago, back in the seventies.........still around today. Never used it myself cause occupation is enough.

But if it's still around today...one little wheel with handles, it must have had results.

Bullworker. Isometric exercise is the best of all.
