Hi. So I've been wondering why I've never had a blowjob. A few people have said it's just because I didn't ask them but I dunno, I thought a blowjob was the standard sexual act...maybe I was wrong.

Anyway I was wondering at what size oral might become scary or difficult. My penis is 6" around at halfway down but the head is only 4.5-5" girth (depending on whether the foreskin is retracted or not etc) so that shouldn't be hard to 'fellate'.

I'd also like from other people on what they think is hard to blow and their own experiences. Thanks

Stretched to it's fullest my mouth is about 2.5inches wide and that was quite painful....so if it's more than 2 inches in diameter, it ain't gonna fit...just an insight to your question. Not many people have large mouths...and I can fit a lot in mine. lol. :shrug:

Knight, I am 12 years older than you and roughly the same size, and have never had a full blow job (including orgasm). There are many guys in the same boat; it's not at all unusual. You are right that girth is a major factor, especially for str8 guys. In my case, a second complicating factor is that I take quite a while to cum, so if you combine that with the fact that most women will need to take a "breather" every 15-30 seconds because of my girth it is not exactly a recipe for easy orgasms.

The oral difficulties are certainly a major downside to being girthy, although I personally don't worry about it too much because I don't know what I'm missing. I'm also, frankly, glad that I don't cum super-quickly, which might make oral more satisfying for me at the price of making regular penetration much less satisfying for both my wife and I. My feeling is, if my sex life is otherwise strong (and it IS&#33 then a BJ is certainly something I can live without.

Yeah usually girth is the problem, though personally I'd be able to accomodate a 6" circumference, not all would be, if only you were gay and lived closer by... lengthwise it's much easier for me if it curves down/out than up/in as this will allow it to fit better in the throat.

I've never had a woman swallow (yet) and none have been able to deep throat me (yet), but I have had plenty of oral sex! I'm also 6" around, except at the head, and no woman has had any trouble with the first 2-3 inches. It's inches 4-7 that they have difficulty with!
There are some guys with very large heads, and I would think they may have more trouble than you or I.

I would certainly think that the diameter of the penis would be the reason perhaps you haven't had head. However, I am over 8.4" around when erect and over 12.5" long. Yeah, that sounds like my experience as well. I'd certainly say that those of us in that range for girth will always have a much tougher time finding a partner who can comfortably accommodate things. Girth has been a blessing/curse for me throughout my sexual life, but my thickest part is about two-thirds up the shaft--my head is smaller--so that makes it easier to at least have a great oral experience.

I have to admit that I've only ever encountered one woman who was unable (unwilling?) to at least suck the head (and often a bit more), and thankfully, after awhile, that's often been enough for me to orgasm.

Oh, there's more than hope, B. Partners come in all shapes and sizes.
