It just feels like people are presenting their speculation as fact. I get that some of you may have experience with addiction in your real life, but it’s not as though any of us know him personally, and we don’t know what his real life experiences may be. Perhaps he was sick, or has issues that none of us know of based on the extremely limited amount that he posts online.

People are just speculating, but it's not like the speculations are so far off. It very well could be drugs, but it could also be a health condition or bad genetics.
I personally have a brother that smoked heroin for over 12 years of his life and he was a similar aged face where I can instantly tell he's not healthy. I'm seeing drug use similarities in Thomas face, but I could be wrong.

Based on earlier comments, he and his family are originally from Jacksonville in Florida but moved further South in the early 2000 years. If I remember correctly, it was said that he currently still works there with or for his parents at some firm.
