If his alleged sexual intimate partners preference are ethnically European athletic men that his prerogative. So long, so far, he does not denigrate other ethnic groups.
Why would anyone think it's their place to call someone out on the people they choose to date? it's nobody else's business. I'm white and have never dated another white guy should someone call me out on that? lol if they did I'd tell them to take their opinion and shove it up their.... lol people don't need to be trying to tell anyone else who they can or can't find attractive or who they gravitate towards.
I really admire Casey and the work he does on diversity and inclusion, but I find the way he presents his personal life on social media a bit cringe. He was with this Colombian guy last year and posting really cheesy, lovey dovey stuff about him, including at Christmas, then a couple of months later he was with this new guy, posting the same kind of stuff. I get the impression he's someone who falls for guys hard and fast, but find it odd that he uses his verified accounts for teenagerish kind of posts
He has known his current boyfriend for a very long time haha, there is like a 12 year gap in between them and they have known eachother since he was underage.

Conway apparently, although i'm not on Grindr so can't confirm. But wouldn't be surprised if his relationships are open
