22 Melbourne and uncut
62, Sydney, Cut
It's an age thing. My boyfriend was born in the 70s, there's a 10 year age gap between us, he is uncut, but he has informed me that was pretty darn rare for his age group according to the looks he gave his classmates in the change rooms at school, not a big pool to guage an entire nation but there you go. Out of myself and the guys my age I have seen naked, the majority still have their foreskin intact, barring one of my close friends. This I presume was because he was the youngest child with a big gap between himself and his older siblings, one of which is a guy, so presumably, he got snipped in the 70s and his parents wanted a matching set.
I would say its a fashion accessory for the times. In the 90s well I can't attest, as most people born in the 90s are only just becoming of legal age to perv at, and I'm not into these 18 to 21 year olds anyway.
So from my perspective, Australia, depending on the decade you were born, is probably an uncut country. Some of the older guys I have met have been cut, but that was simply because it was the done thing at the time. Some made up crap about hygeine or whatever excuse they could give at the time.
