I highly doubt its him. His Dad is British Indian and the British don't circumcise and neither do Indians. His mother is English German and both England and Germany don't circumcise. Plus he has roots in Hinduism and its against their religion to circumcise

British circumcision rate has hovered under 10% since 1980s and when Jogia was born (1992) it was about 4-5% with the only times it being carried out being for religious reasons (and even then only extreme). That's NHS stats - that's factual.

Could he be circumcised? Sure, it's unlikely but certainly possible.

Avan wasn’t born in Britain though, he was born in British Columbia, Canada where the circumcision rate was much higher then 4-5%. Doesn’t mean he is though. I don’t expect we will ever know for certain.
