Some are taking him using he/they pronouns on TikTok as a “coming out” moment and a potential set-up for future unabashed queerness. First, it’s not that I don’t take the social media pronouns stuff seriously. But it’s sometimes mostly about social and political maneuvering. While having gender dimensions doesn’t automatically mean having orientation dimensions. But as I’ve already said, so many of these guys who feel the need to randomly claim they’re “straight” because they “love pussy” often are homosexual, have queer dimensions, have experienced fluidity or questioning, are in the gender, sexual, affection, romantic, emotion, commitment spectrum. It just screams queer insecurities or gay panic. While being turned on by a body part or liking to fvck somebody is not the be-all of attractions, passions, preferences, love, relationships. Some men never get that. Still, I wouldn’t take the pronoun thing as some “coming out” moment that means he’s about to be unabashedly queer or unabashedly into dudes.
