From reading the labels on the boxes (drop shots, shot tubes, flutes, beer cups, etc.), it is the storage room of a bar, which is probably where the bar management has the go-go boys get dressed (or undressed) for their performance. At least that's where they get dressed in the bar I usually frequent.
