I saw that bikini before, but it hasn't been cooked... so I went for the other thing

Imitation bacon bits are made from TVP which is made from soybeans. I think they are kosher. They are also good nearly forever.

I learned about eating bacon with oatmeal from my Native American in-laws. It's really good with maple syrup. So are bacon waffles.
