Hey I go running pretty often and have for the last few years but this is the first time I've chafed. Any easy at home remedies (i can even feel it when I walk) Thanks!
ok wash your balls with a mild soap preferably with no scent so that it wont irritate any further, secondly put some neosporin because it will help more than any normal lotion and will sooth. wear some type of briefs, boxer briefs. try compression shorts when running
Vaseline seems to be the universal standard. Grew up in south africa in the time of ultra-marathons - and thigh chaffing was an issue (you can contain the balls), but thighs chaff. For long runs, you would stock onto some sugary goop, and some goop for the chaffing.
