My balls are aching right now. I have had this happen many times before. It generally goes away in a day or two. I note that it happens most often when I wear a certain kind of underwear--square cut briefs. Why would this be? Makes no sense to me.

Weight of your nuts sitting on the sperm cords, creating an uncomfortable blockage akin to blue balls. Similar to ball ache with prostatitis. Don't wear your tight square cuts all day just half days or special events. Stick with what you usually wear as your body is comfortable with that.

If the square cuts hurt, don't wear them anymore. Go out and buy some new underwear that are not similarly designed, or buy a similar style in a larger size.

If your balls are still sore after a few more days, call a doctor, don't rely on us to diagnose your problem. It may not be just your underwear, but they may be aggravating another issue.

This is very helpful. I did wear the square cuts all day while riding in a car. After that the balls really ached. I find that regular briefs, esp bikini briefs, don't cause the problem. Boxers don't either, because they are supporting and touching almost nothing. The styles that are half in between do cause problems. I am a triathlete, and I found that tri shorts also caused achiness. This time the pain was more than achiness. Things are getting better. I do ejaculate when this starts to occur and sometimes it helps and sometimes not.

I think I may have some chronic epididymitis. I was diagnosed with it before. I think the underwear aggravates that--I think.

If you are roo horny and do not ejaculate for a long time, this condition could happen. So either masterbate or go for a fuck, it should be ok. If not consulta doctor.

ball pain is not normal, but think as my own case
if your body is used to frequent masturbation,or having sex.
sperm production is high so if you spent more than 3 or 4
days without unload sperm and worst having at hand some sexual content material or sexual thoughts ECT
sperm create a pressure in the ball that produce pangs even when move ball or shake them hanging.
it relief only with masturbation or having sex
I could say not necessary high sperm production, because if man is used to cum al least each 2 day, and he spend 4 days its too much for his ball capacity
in such sexual condition ball storage capacity with years reduce
but every day a ball pain must see a Dr
