Affects on testosterone

Has anyone gotten their labs done before/after ball pumping? I would assume the higher pressure pumping overtime could cause malfunction of the balls and lower testosterone and other male androgens? What does everyone here think about this?

I love my high testosterone for well being and strength vitality. I don't want ball pumping to crush this

An excellent question and one I'd like information about as well. I don't think it's too optimistic to think it might improve production of testosterone - similar to the way long-term penis pumping does by improving blood flow and erections (if done conservatively, of course, to avoid injury to tissues).

Not a ball pumper but I usually pump my cock for 1-2 hours . Lots of fluid build up and May overdue it.
if I pump 2 days in a row or at night I feel offfor a few days . Face also gets puffy from the extra fluids. Digestion is also effected.
I shoot for a light 30 min pump or full pump twice a week when I’m into it.

no one knows the long term effects on the brain, heart or hormones yet.

Until more is known about those effects, I will remain conservative (as I have for 30 years now) at 3 pumping sessions per week, 15 minutes each at no more than 17" Hg vacuum (per FDA guidelines for pumping as workaround for ED). Being in excellent health at age 78 surely says something about the routine's safety.

As far as I know, there is no effect on hormones (and I can't think of any reason there should be). I've been pumping for over 30 years and have my testosterone level checked with routine blood workups every year. During periods of a month or two that I haven't pumped, I've never seen any testosterone (or other, for that matter) changes. Why would you expect a hormone change? The action of pumping is micro-injury to tissue and its regrowth, ever so slightly bigger. The long-term effect is permanent size increases.

I question penis pumping to enlarge your size. The size you have is it and no pumping will add any length but could cause tissue issues going beyond your normal length and girth. I'm not a doctor just a normal horny guy that is realistic. My wife is okay with my size, good sex all around. Yeah do wonder if I had more girth and length but we'll just watch porn to enhance our sex life along with a nice size fake cock for the wife and some creampie eating with that cock. All is good on the home front

You can, of course, doubt. Most guys conclude that it's all BS because they don't have the patience. In my case, it's added at least 2" to both length and girth since I started pumping back in 1988. In my case it worked - and I know of similar results with others who can stick with it for years. Wondering won't make it happen ...

Of course you did. This is the issue with PE. I can say I added 5" but without any proof...well...you know how that goes.
